Lisa in ChatGPT

Connect Alfa to ChatGPT to work with Lisa, Alfa's hiring agent, inside your ChatGPT conversations. Ask how your roles are doing, review and compare applicants, draft and edit jobs, set up screening and sourcing, and prepare actions such as publishing a job or starting a talent search.

How it works

You sign in to Alfa and choose the organization to connect.
ChatGPT acts as you in that organization, with your permissions.
Publishing, closing, boosting, searching, outreach and contact lookups show a confirmation card first. Nothing runs until you click it.
AI scores are recommendations. Decisions about candidates stay with you.
