Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced BDR/SDR Leader with a passion for training and coaching to scale our outbound sales operations. This role is pivotal for a professional who has a deep understanding of the B2B landscape and has ideally honed their craft within a lead generation agency environment. You will be responsible for building, mentoring, and optimizing a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives, ensuring they have the tools and skills to exceed pipeline targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Hire, onboard, and manage a team of BDRs/SDRs, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Sales Training & Coaching: Design and implement comprehensive training programs covering cold calling, email sequencing, social selling, and objection handling.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies to penetrate target accounts and drive high-quality pipeline.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), using data to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
- Agency Standards: Apply rigorous agency-style productivity standards and creative outreach methodologies to a corporate B2B environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR Manager or Head of Sales Development within the B2B sector.
- Significant background in sales training, with a track record of improving team performance through coaching.
- Experience working in or managing a lead generation agency is highly desirable.
- Deep expertise in sales tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Exceptional communication and motivational skills.
