The Role
Act as Strategic Outside Employment Counsel: Serve as a primary legal advisor to corporate clients, providing day-to-day and strategic guidance across the full spectrum of employment law
Lead Contentious and Pre-Contentious Matters: Advise on and manage employment disputes from early risk assessment through to resolution
Deliver Proactive Risk Management and Compliance Advice: Partner with clients to anticipate and mitigate legal risk by advising on policies, procedures, and regulatory developments
Draft, Review, and Negotiate Key Employment Documents: Oversee the preparation and negotiation of employment contracts, settlement agreements, policies and tribunal documentation
