The Role

We are looking for an extraordinary Middleweight Designer with a digital-first mindset to join the creative team. You will own digital creative production across Amazon, DTC (website and email), Meta, and TikTok Shop. This role is perfect for a performance-led designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the intersection of high-quality brand aesthetics and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Creative: Own the end-to-end production of high-quality digital assets for Amazon, Meta, and TikTok, ensuring all content is both on-brand and optimised for performance.
  • AI Innovation: Lead the development of our AI-powered creative function, building efficient workflows to generate and iterate content at scale using the latest AI platforms.
  • Multimedia Execution: Create a range of assets including static imagery, motion graphics, and video editing for acquisition and retention channels.
  • Cross-Market Adaptation: Adapt creative strategies for both UK and US markets, tailoring content to suit specific regional audiences and platform requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Ecommerce and Marketing teams to manage multiple briefs, ensuring brand consistency across typography, layout, and colour.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a creative designer, in-house at a DTC, beauty, or wellness brand - MUST HAVE
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Proven experience using AI tools to enhance and scale creative output (non-negotiable).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating performance-led digital design and motion graphics.
  • Existing right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
