
Executive Compensation Specialist
We’re looking for an Executive Compensation Specialist to join our global team and play a key role in shaping payroll, benefits, and compliance processes across multiple international locations. Reporting to the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager, you’ll be at the heart of executive pay, governance, and risk management.
This is your chance to work at the intersection of finance, HR, and governance, with international exposure and direct impact on executive pay programs. You’ll help shape strategies that attract top talent and strengthen organizational success.
This role is based in London city and will pay the right person up to £70k per annum + benefits. The position is a hybrid role with X2 days a week in office
