Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management: Seamlessly oversee the entire employee journey at dwojjidw, from coordinating engaging onboarding experiences to conducting insightful exit interviews.
  • Employee Relations & Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employees and managers alike, providing fair, constructive guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and policy interpretation.
  • HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate digital employee records, manage HR information systems (HRIS), and ensure all people practices strictly align with current employment legislation.
  • Performance & Development Initiatives: Facilitate the annual performance review cycle, assist managers in identifying training needs, and help design tailored career development paths.
  • Policy Development & Implementation: Continuously review, update, and implement HR policies and employee handbooks that reflect dwojjidw's evolving values and operational needs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven HR Generalist Experience: A solid background working in a dedicated HR Generalist or HR Advisor capacity, demonstrating a strong grasp of operational HR practices.
  • In-Depth Employment Law Knowledge: Up-to-date, practical knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: The natural ability to build trust, active-listening skills, and the diplomacy required to handle sensitive employee matters with utmost confidentiality.
  • Tech-Savvy Aptitude: Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Professional HR certification (such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent tertiary qualification in Human Resources).
  • Prior experience supporting hybrid or remote teams, with a proven track record of maintaining high engagement across dispersed workforces.
  • Experience in designing or supporting modern diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
