Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. This role is focused on identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to meet our business objectives. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define candidate personas.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
- Optimize the candidate experience through proactive communication and professional feedback.
- Utilize recruitment metrics to analyze the effectiveness of hiring channels and processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
