Are you the kind of Project Manager who doesn’t just keep things moving—but makes them better? We’re looking for someone confident, commercially aware, and not afraid to challenge clients when it matters.

Our client is a fast-growing marketing agency specialising in performance-driven work across CRM, Paid Media, Strategy, Digital, and Ecommerce. They partner with ambitious DTC brands, helping them scale through smart, data-led marketing. Part of a group of high performing boutique agencies that collaborate whilst keeping independent agency culture. This role sits right at the heart of that delivery.

You’ll be the connective tissue between clients, internal teams, and delivery—bringing clarity, momentum, and structure to every project. You’re not just a coordinator; you’re a communicator. Someone who can pull together multiple workstreams, spot gaps before they become problems, and confidently push back when needed to protect timelines, budgets, and outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading end-to-end project delivery across multiple performance marketing workstreams
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients—building strong, trusted relationships
  • Challenging briefs and assumptions to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Keeping internal teams aligned across CRM, Paid, Strategy, and Ecommerce
  • Managing timelines, budgets, and expectations with clarity and confidence

What we’re looking for:

  • A confident Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Strong communication skills—you can influence, challenge, and bring people with you
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Experience in performance marketing or with DTC brands is a plus, but not essential
  • Someone proactive, solutions-focused, and highly organised
