Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing the offer process. Your goal is to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent that aligns with our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments (Tech, Sales, and Operations).
  • Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit, technical skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of hiring for diverse roles and levels.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of data-driven recruitment metrics and reporting.
