Chief Technology Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical department and shape our long-term technology strategy. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, making high-level decisions regarding the technology stack, and building a world-class engineering team to drive innovation and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s technological vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Infrastructure & Architecture: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and reliable system architectures.
• Product Development: Partner with product management to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate the technology strategy to partners, management, investors, and the board of directors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role in a fast-growing tech environment.
• Deep technical background in software development and architectural design.
• Strategic thinking with a strong business acumen and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in scaling platforms from seed stage to Series C and beyond.
• Strong network within the global engineering community.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
