Role Overview
We are a fast-growing fitness brand seeking a data-driven and passionate Ecommerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, with a primary focus on driving profitable growth through Google Ads PPC campaigns. You will play a crucial part in acquiring new customers, increasing conversion rates, and maximizing ROI for our direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in ecommerce, a deep understanding of PPC advertising, and a genuine interest in the fitness and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) to meet and exceed ROAS targets.
- Analyze website traffic and ecommerce performance using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Manage product listings, promotions, and merchandising across our ecommerce platform (e.g., Shopify) to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with broader campaigns, product launches, and content marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular, detailed reporting on key ecommerce and PPC metrics, offering actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in an ecommerce role, managing online stores and digital sales funnels.
- Demonstrable expertise in creating and managing successful Google Ads PPC campaigns with a strong understanding of bidding strategies, keyword research, and ad copywriting.
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- A genuine passion for or experience in the fitness, health, or wellness industry.
- Experience with other paid media channels (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and email marketing platforms.
