Marketing Specialist (AI & Executive Assistant)

Untapped, a specialist recruitment agency, is seeking an adaptable and tech-forward Marketing Specialist (AI & Executive Assistant) to drive campaigns, streamline daily operations, and elevate our presence. Based remotely anywhere in the Philippines, this permanent, full-time role offers you direct ownership over marketing execution while partnering closely with leadership to keep strategic initiatives moving efficiently forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email channels, and content platforms to communicate brand messaging.
• Will do content creation on Linkedin and respond to LinkedIn inbox.
• Harness generative AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate marketing workflows, generate assets, and automate recurring processes.
• Deliver high-level executive support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and executive scheduling.
• Oversee professional email correspondence, capture clear meeting minutes, and track follow-up action items.
• Partner cross-functionally to coordinate marketing projects and administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met across the recruitment business.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, content marketing strategies, and social media channels.
• Demonstrated hands-on capability with AI platforms and automation tools.
• Strong background in executive assistance, diary coordination, business correspondence, and administrative support for leadership.
• Exceptional command of prompt engineering techniques and marketing automation setups to optimise output.
• Based in the Philippines, with a reliable home-office environment suited for full-time remote collaboration (visa sponsorship is not available).

Nice-to-have

• Prior experience with content creation, writing engaging newsletters, editing blog posts, and crafting presentations.
• Familiarity with project tracking and productivity platforms such as Notion, Asana, or Trello.
• Exposure to the recruitment or talent acquisition sector.
