We are seeking a proactive Paid Social Executive for a permanent, full-time position based at our hybrid Surrey office. Working alongside the Paid Media Manager, you will take hands-on ownership of our multi-channel paid social campaigns, directly driving customer acquisition, product visibility, and revenue growth in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Optimisation: Manage the day-to-day setup, monitoring, and continuous optimisation of paid social campaigns across both brands, with a primary focus on Meta Ads Manager.
- Audience & Bid Strategy: Build, refine, and segment audiences while implementing smart bidding strategies to maximise efficiency.
- A/B Testing & Innovation: Design and run structured A/B tests across ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and audience targeting to boost conversion rates.
- Data & Analytics: Analyse campaign performance daily using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and attribution tools to ensure we meet and exceed our ROAS targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal e-commerce, creative, and wider marketing teams to align paid activity with seasonal promotions and share insights that inform broader business strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Meta Ads Expertise: A minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling high-performing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager.
- E-commerce Marketing Background: Proven experience working within a D2C e-commerce environment, with a strong understanding of the online customer journey and buying behaviours.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Sheets to extract insights, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions.
- Platform Knowledge: Practical experience with contemporary paid channels including Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, or YouTube Ads.
- Collaborative Spirit: A proactive, self-motivated professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects while working harmoniously within a close-knit team.
- Right to Work: Excellent communication skills, fully eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available for this role).

- Prior experience working within a fast-paced paid media agency.

- Experience utilizing shopping feed and product management tools.
