We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Lead Product Engineer to spearhead our product strategy and execution for our blockchain-powered transformation initiatives. This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of blockchain adoption, working closely with our core engineering team to bring innovative products to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Execution: Define and drive the long-term product roadmap, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization, with a focus on disrupting legacy industries.
• Blockchain Implementation & Innovation: Lead the design, development, and deployment of blockchain solutions to replace legacy systems (rip and replace), and spearhead the creation of new on-chain user applications (e.g., stablecoins, wallets) to enhance user engagement.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with core engineering, design, and other stakeholders to execute the technical roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of decentralized solutions and a superior on-chain user experience.
• Market & Performance Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends in blockchain, dApps, and interoperability, while defining and tracking key product success metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and user growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Engineer, Product Manager, or a similar technical leadership role, preferably within a fintech or high-growth tech environment.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and interoperability protocols.
• Demonstrated track record of launching successful products that drive significant user engagement and business value.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with stablecoin ecosystems, digital wallets, and tokenomics.
• Experience scaling blockchain solutions for enterprise-level businesses.
