  • Deliver robust clinical supervision, mentoring, and coaching to empower the team in navigating complex rehabilitation plans.
  • Uphold and champion clinical governance frameworks, quality assurance initiatives, and clinical audit processes aligned with CQC regulations.
  • Oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of complex multidisciplinary clinical care packages.
  • Drive best-practice standards across brain injury and complex neurological rehabilitation cases, ensuring safe, outcome-focused support.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Substantial clinical case management experience (typically 5+ years), with a proven track record of directly handling complex caseloads.
  • Extensive professional background within a CQC-registered case management organisation, demonstrating a solid grasp of clinical governance and compliance.
  • In-depth expertise in brain injury and complex neurological rehabilitation (including ABI and TBI).
  • Demonstrated capability in coordinating complex clinical care packages alongside multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and supervisory skills, with the ability to develop practitioners at all levels.
  • Valid, full UK driving licence with willingness to undertake regional travel.
  • Current Nursing Registration (NMC pin / Registered Nurse) is preferred.

Nice-to-have

  • Specialist clinical knowledge in Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), Cerebral Palsy, amputee rehabilitation, or complex orthopaedic rehabilitation.
