Chief Operating Officer

Peace.com is an ambitious new company building at the intersection of AI, software, hardware and immersive play. Creating a product that moves between the digital and physical worlds presents a very different operational challenge from a conventional software startup, requiring the team to move quickly while also thinking seriously about hardware production, logistics, supply chains and the infrastructure needed to launch at scale.

We’re looking for a technically fluent and highly organised COO who can help turn that ambition into an exceptionally well-run company. The role is broad by design and will evolve with Peace.com, spanning company operations, planning, execution and the practical challenges involved in bringing a hardware-enabled technology product to market. Experience with hardware, manufacturing or supply chains will be particularly valuable, alongside the ability to work comfortably with deeply technical product and engineering teams.

This role is based in San Francisco and will suit someone with excellent judgement, strong energy and a willingness to get deeply involved rather than operating purely as a senior executive. You’ll work closely with the founder and leadership team, creating structure where it is useful without slowing down a company that needs to move extremely quickly. The expected compensation sweet spot is approximately $200k–$300k, with flexibility depending on the experience and calibre of the person.
