Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agile Product Manager to join our dynamic Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the product lifecycle from concept to delivery. You will own the product backlog, collaborate closely with a 15-person scrum team, and work to translate complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements. This is a key position that requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management to deliver high-impact digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver against the product backlog, running problem analysis, assessing solution options, and documenting clear, actionable user stories and requirements.
- Elicit scope, define requirements, and conduct impact analysis, understanding the full business context and dependencies across people, processes, and technology.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, influence stakeholders for alignment and buy-in, and present product ideas effectively to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide guidance and structure for the scrum team, ensuring all requirements and user stories meet high-quality standards and align with program goals.
- Communicate effectively with Program Management, Business, Technology, and Vendor partners to build strong working relationships and contribute to the continuous improvement of product management practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of product management and business analysis experience in a digital environment.
- Proven ability to translate complex problems into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Extensive experience working with agile teams and backlog management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation skills.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and critical thinking abilities.

- Experience within the financial services sector and/or with enterprise-level platforms.
