Role Overview

We are seeking a proficient Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team in Jersey City. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and maintaining operational excellence throughout the hiring lifecycle. You will support a high-volume recruitment environment, focusing on complex scheduling and precise offer management.

Daily Responsibilities:

Interview Scheduling & Coordination

·        Manage complex interview scheduling across time zones and regions

·        Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews ensuring timely communication with interview team and candidates

·        Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and business leaders during the interview stage

 

Offer Letter Generation

·        Service as an operational liaison for offer related inquiries

·        Generate and distribute offer letters using Workday within service level agreement timelines

·        Apply correct regional and regulatory language (compliance clauses)

·        Manage offer revisions, updates, and reissuance requests

·        Support reporting and operational metrics related to offer processing

 

Team and Process Support

·        Partner with the TA Recruiters to manage candidate workflows and requisition support

·        Contribute to process improvement initiatives across TA Operations

·        Manage shared inbox of Talent Acquisition support request from recruiters and candidates

·        Other projects and duties as assigned

What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role? Describe in what capacity the selected candidate will be using it:

·        Proficiency with ATS and HRIS tools (Workday, Phenom, Microsoft Office)

Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:

·        Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support, preferably in financial services

·        Proven ability to manage high volume interview scheduling and offer letter generation with multiple stakeholders

·        Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools (Workday, Phenom, Microsoft Office)
