Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our premier dispute resolution team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of complex commercial disputes, providing strategic legal advice to a broad range of corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals. This role requires a solicitor who is adept at navigating intricate legal challenges and delivering commercially focused results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of high-value commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder disagreements, and professional negligence claims.
• Draft and review complex legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to counsel.
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings at various levels of the judicial system.
• Provide proactive and strategic advice to clients to mitigate legal risks and achieve favourable settlements.
• Collaborate with senior partners on business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the firm's dispute resolution practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales.
• Proven experience in commercial litigation within a reputable law firm.
• Exceptional analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Strong academic background with a degree from a recognised institution.
