Working for thHiring: Food Technologist / QA Specialist (Osijek Region – Croatia)

Are you a Food Technologist or Quality Specialist with experience in meat, chilled or fresh food production?

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturer operating a modern, spacious and fully integrated production facility — from live animal intake to final retail-ready product.

What you’ll be doing: • Optimising and supervising daily production operations • Quality control of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products (incl. organoleptic testing) • HACCP & ISU system implementation and oversight • Product and process improvements • Staff coordination and documentation reporting

What we’re looking for: • Degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology or similar • Experience in meat or chilled food production (preferred, not essential) • Knowledge of HACCP standards • Must speak Croatian
