Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, competent Account Executive with 2-5 years of experience to join a rapidly expanding sales team. As the team scales from seven to ten, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth within the government procurement sector. The ideal candidate is curious, technically minded, and capable of mastering complex workflows to provide immense value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales process from initial discovery calls through to closing deals with government contractors.
  • Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on the company platform, delivering sophisticated and compelling software demonstrations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives at mid-market firms and Heads of Growth at large scale enterprises.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the engagement team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and provide critical market feedback to product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience as an Account Executive with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality demos of complex software products.
  • Experience managing sales cycles with Annual Contract Values (ACVs) of £50k+.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle technical queries during the sales process.

Preferred Attributes

  • Direct experience in government procurement, federal sales, or general procurement workflows.
  • A background in the military combined with commercial sales experience.
  • Experience working in high-growth vertical AI or GovTech organizations.

Location: Hybrid model with 4 days in office. Ideally in Arlington but Kew York is also an option.

Compensation: Base salary range of $120,000 - $150,000. OTE: $240,000 - $300,000
