Role Overview

Finance Professionals Inc. is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our growth-oriented team. Reporting directly to the Director of Recruitment & VMS, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier technical talent for our clients. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a growth mindset who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment and is eager to enhance their recruitment expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical requisitions, from initial sourcing to successful placement.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilise traditional and creative methods including LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough pre-screening, technical qualification, and video/in-person interviews to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Director and collaborative teams to deliver a premium recruitment experience and maintain high KPIs.
  • Negotiation & Administration: Lead salary and rate negotiations while maintaining accurate tracking documents and database integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
  • Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and interviewing technical professionals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) with a customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently within a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with MSP (Managed Service Provider) or VMS (Vendor Management System) environments.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and market recruitment insights.
