Role Overview:
You will focus on actively sourcing, screening, and submitting white-collar, office-based candidates into client roles, primarily for a retained client with a guaranteed stream of open positions. You will work independently, using our existing roadmaps, tools, and databases, and are expected to take initiative and deliver rapid, high-volume candidate outreach, particularly via cold calling and direct messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rigorously source, screen, and submit candidates for white-collar roles in US construction/building materials/manufacturing (e.g., estimators, project managers, CAD designers)
- Conduct outbound calls, InMails, emails, and texts to US-based candidates, following up persistently
- Independently manage and own the end-to-end process from sourcing to submission, using our established CRM (Atlas) and supporting candidate data
- Quickly adapt and learn our process, leveraging ready-made briefs, target lists, and competitor information for each new assignment
- Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders, proactively raising issues and solutions
- Accurately record all candidate and process information in the CRM, supporting high-quality reporting
Requirements:
- Significant direct recruitment experience (ideally in construction/building materials/manufacturing or related technical sectors)
- Demonstrated ability and personal drive to source and cold-call candidates for hard-to-fill office-based roles
- Highly process-driven, organized, and persistent in following up with candidates through multiple channels (calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, text)
- Proven experience working independently and managing your own workflow, while taking initiative to solve problems
- Strong communicator—direct, concise, transparent—with a preference for open feedback and straightforward discussion
- Comfortable learning and using advanced CRMs/ATS (e.g., Atlas) and following structured processes
- Able to commit to US working hours (7AM–3PM ET); flexibility for late shifts when required
- Bonus: Strong US experience
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with US relocation challenges and regional/geographical targeting
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, unstructured, and occasionally ambiguous early-stage environment
