Delivery Recruitment Consultant - Legal

Company Overview

Our client is a leading legal recruitment firm that partners with top-tier law firms, financial institutions, and global corporations. Their Private Practice team is expanding, and they are seeking a Legal Delivery Consultant to strengthen candidate engagement, elevate sourcing capability, and support consultants with high-quality delivery and operational excellence.

Role Overview

This role focuses on sourcing, mapping, engaging, and nurturing top-tier legal talent — particularly lawyers from Magic Circle, Silver Circle, and leading US firms. Alongside candidate engagement, you will support consultants with structured admin, CRM management, workflow coordination, and recruitment marketing across the Private Practice portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Outreach & Engagement

• Build and manage targeted LinkedIn Recruiter InMail project lists
• Engage qualified lawyers across leading UK and US firms
• Introduce the firm, nurture candidate relationships, and schedule consultant calls
• Run targeted LinkedIn campaigns to attract and warm high-value candidates
• Support talent pooling and long-term pipeline development

Consultant & Operational Support

• Upload and manage candidate CVs and profiles on employer portals
• Oversee job board postings and manage inbound applications
• Provide structured administrative and workflow support to Private Practice consultants
• Maintain updated Client Terms of Business and manage relevant documentation
• Keep the internal “Client Bible” accurate and up to date

Database & CRM Management (Salesforce)

• Maintain and update candidate and client records with high accuracy
• Add new target candidates with correct skills, experience, and contact details
• Conduct market mapping across key legal practice areas
• Run targeted engagement projects for in-demand legal talent pools
• Generate consultant activity, pipeline, and performance reports
• Assist with improving Salesforce layouts, features, and functionality
• Coordinate data and insights across platforms such as Pirical, LinkedIn, and Pipelaunch

Requirements & Skills

• Experience recruiting into the legal sector is essential (Private Practice or In-House)
• Proven experience in agency recruitment or a delivery-focused role
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (projects, campaigns, targeting)
• Excellent administrative and organisational capability
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs (preferred but not essential)
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• University degree
