Role Overview
This is the perfect role for an ambitious SEO professional with a minimum of two years’ agency experience who is ready to step up into a more senior position.
We are looking for a Senior SEO & AI Executive to join our award-winning agency and help shape the future of organic performance in an AI-driven world. You will lead SEO delivery across a mix of exciting clients, write engaging content that ranks, and experiment with the latest AI tools to uncover smarter, faster ways of working.
You will be supported by our Head of SEO and wider digital team, but trusted to own campaigns, drive results, and develop thought-leading ideas that put you and our clients ahead of the curve.
Hours and Location
• Full-time role, hybrid working with a minimum of one day per week in our London Waterloo office
• Flexible hours to fit around you, with core team meeting times agreed in advance

A Day in the Role
• Running a technical SEO audit in Screaming Frog, spotting quick wins, and briefing fixes to a developer
• Writing a high-impact blog post or landing page designed to rank and convert
• Testing a new AI tool to speed up keyword clustering or content research
• Checking GA4 and Google Search Console dashboards, turning performance data into insights for clients
• Sharing the latest Google or AI update with the team, sparking ideas for how we adapt
• Presenting results on a client call and getting that buzz when the numbers show strong organic growth
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and content optimisation
• Write engaging, SEO-friendly content including blogs, guides, landing pages and metadata
• Conduct technical SEO audits, manage site crawls, and monitor site health
• Optimise for AI-driven search including generative engines, conversational AI, featured snippets and structured data
• Experiment with AI tools to streamline keyword research, competitor analysis, and reporting
• Analyse data from GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog, turning it into clear, actionable insights
• Stay ahead of algorithm changes and AI-driven search trends
• Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to agency thought leadership
About You
• Minimum two years’ SEO experience in an agency environment
• Confident content writer with proven ability to create SEO-optimised copy
• Solid technical SEO skills including crawlability, site structure, page speed, and structured data
• Curious about AI and eager to apply new tools in real campaigns
• Experienced with Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4
• Strong communicator who is comfortable presenting insights to clients and colleagues
• Organised, detail-driven, and proactive in spotting opportunities
Progression Path
This role is designed as a step up into seniority. With proven performance, you will have a clear path to:
• SEO & AI Manager within 18–24 months
• Opportunities to lead client strategies and shape our AI innovation roadmap
