Key Responsibilities
- Lead Creative Development: Take complex client briefs and transform them into distinct, high-impact creative territories, social-first strategies, and executable campaign concepts.
- Execute Across Mediums: Work hands-on to bring your ideas to life by crafting engaging scripts, visual treatments, detailed storyboards, and top-tier digital and social content.
- Collaborate and Co-create: Work in close partnership with internal production and design teams, while acting as a trusted, consultative creative partner directly to our clients.
- Own the Journey: Take full ownership of projects from the initial spark of an idea, through collaborative client feedback loops, all the way to final delivery.
- Drive Platform Innovation: Champion social-first thinking, ensuring all creative output is optimised for modern platform behaviours, format trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Social Media Creative Strategy: Deep expertise in social platform best practices, a keen eye for cultural trends, and an intuitive understanding of how audiences interact online.
- Art Direction: A strong mid-to-senior level portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual storytelling, and polished campaign executions across digital and social spaces.
- Adobe Creative Suite Mastery: Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite to rapidly prototype, design, and translate high-level concepts into compelling visual assets.
- Communication & Presentation: Confidence in writing, articulating, and pitching your creative thinking, with the ability to shape narratives that win client buy-in.
- Agile Work Ethic: A proactive, inquisitive, and pragmatic approach, with the ability to switch seamlessly between strategic concepting and detailed, hands-on production.
