About the role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team in Switzerland. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational tooling that keep our systems reliable, scalable, and secure.
What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable software delivery
- Manage containerized workloads and orchestration platforms in production environments
- Own and evolve cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code to automate provisioning and configuration
- Build monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to maintain high availability and fast incident response
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve deployment practices and developer experience
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis and remediation
What we are looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling and pipeline design
- Proven experience with containerization and orchestration platforms
- Solid experience working with public cloud infrastructure
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools
- Strong scripting and automation skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of infrastructure end to end
Nice to have
- Experience with monitoring and observability tooling
- Experience working in regulated or high-availability environments
