
We are seeking a seasoned Bilingual PCO - Spanish, Banking, to manage the end-to-end financial governance and project control processes for a high-priority portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of project financials, including accruals, actuals, and forecasts. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between Project Managers, Business Sponsors, and Finance teams to maintain a strong control environment and drive financial discipline.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 5–7 years of experience in project coordination, financial governance, or project control roles.
2) Demonstrated ownership of accruals, actuals, forecasting, and financial reconciliation.
3) Strong financial management experience with program/project budgets in complex organizations.
4) Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with proven ability to build senior‑ready reporting.
5) Experience with project management and financial tools (CA PPM, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
6) Spanish proficiency is a must
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Experience within banking or other large financial institution, particularly with banking projects and financial governance processes.
2) Exposure to audit, financial controls, or PMO governance frameworks.
3) Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
4) PMP or similar certification.

Education & Certificates:
