About Us
We are a purpose-led B2B technology scale-up dedicated to tackling complex financial crime problems. Operating across multiple regions, we are in a significant growth phase with strong momentum, particularly in the EMEA region. Join us to make a real-world impact in a dynamic and expanding company.
The Mission
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will own and scale our digital marketing engine across multiple brands, websites, and regions. Your mission is to turn strategy into repeatable playbooks that drive a qualified pipeline, integrating our web presence, email/nurture campaigns, social media, and data into a single, high-performing system.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Automation & Operations: Take full ownership of our HubSpot Marketing Hub. You will build and optimise workflows, nurture programs, lead scoring models, forms, and segmentation. A key part of this will be ensuring data hygiene, creating insightful dashboards, and aligning closely with the Sales team on lead lifecycle stages and SLAs.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Design and execute sophisticated email nurture journeys tailored to different Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), funnel stages, and user behaviours. You will also coordinate CMS updates (Webflow), manage landing pages, oversee foundational SEO, and run modest PPC programs, consistently tracking ROI to inform strategy.
- Social Media & Community Growth: Manage and grow our primary social channel, LinkedIn, including company pages, groups, and live events. You will enable social selling across the wider team and coordinate with local support for WhatsApp and Instagram activities in the GCC region.
- Project Management & Leadership: Act as the central point for project management using Trello/Asana. You will establish clear project cadences, enforce SLAs, and ensure multi-workstream launches (involving content, design, and web teams) are delivered on schedule. This role includes the potential to coach and manage a small team of 0-3 members in the UK and MENA.
- Performance & Budget Management: Own all digital marketing KPIs, reporting on performance and providing clear insights to the CMO. You will be responsible for managing a digital marketing budget of approximately £500k, ensuring all spend is tied to clear commercial outcomes and demonstrates a strong ROI.
