Based in the heart of London on a permanent, full-time basis, this hybrid role offers the perfect blend of collaborative in-office synergy and remote flexibility. As our CRM & Digital Marketing Executive, you will take day-to-day ownership of the website and email marketing campaigns. Bridging the gap between data-driven analysis and creative execution, you will ensure our digital touchpoints provide a flawless, high-end user experience for an ultra-high-net-worth clientele. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will turn performance insights into continuous optimisation, driving high-quality enquiries and keeping the brand at the absolute forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management & Optimisation: Maintain and develop the website using Content Management Systems (CMS), ensuring stability, seamless functionality, and regular updates to foreign language versions while liaising with external web teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Email Campaign Delivery: Plan, build, and deploy engaging B2C and internal email marketing campaigns using Dotdigital, managing audience segmentation, CRM list selection, and automated workflows.
  • Data & Analytics Ownership: Lead the analysis of website performance and user behaviour across all traffic sources using Google Analytics, translating data into actionable monthly KPI reports.
  • Collaboration & Content Support: Work alongside the Content and Design teams to ensure all digital assets are up-to-date, search-engine optimised, and visually aligned with our premium brand guidelines.
  • Agency & Partner Liaison: Brief external developers on system enhancements, carry out rigorous user-acceptance testing before live releases, and manage digital asset management platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Critical CMS Expertise: Proven hands-on experience managing and updating websites through modern Content Management Systems (CMS) is essential.
  • Email Marketing Platforms: Practical experience building campaigns, managing contact databases, and designing workflows in platforms such as Dotdigital or similar enterprise tools.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong experience using Google Analytics to track user journeys, identify conversion bottlenecks, and compile clear performance reports.
  • Superb Attention to Detail: Exceptional organisation skills with a meticulous eye for digital design, copy accuracy, and premium user experience.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and coordinate projects with external agencies.
  • Right to Work: Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position; candidates must have the permanent right to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working within the luxury travel sector, or a high-end lifestyle brand.
  • Technical familiarity with Salesforce CRM integration.
  • Basic HTML skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop to enhance visual assets.
