Role Overview

This high-growth, science-backed supplement startup is seeking a Senior Performance Creative Strategist to bridge the gap between data-driven performance and thumb-stopping creative execution. This is a pivotal, hands-on role where strategic thinking meets active creation. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining what makes a customer stop scrolling and start engaging, ultimately driving scalable sales through scientific storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Ideation: Analyse performance metrics across paid social channels to identify winning creative trends and iterate on high-performing assets.
  • Creative Strategy: Develop comprehensive creative frameworks that leverage the brand’s scientific USP to build trust and drive conversions.
  • Hands-on Execution: Lead the end-to-end creative process, from initial concepting and storyboarding to brief writing and post-production feedback.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the growth and content teams to ensure creative outputs align with broader performance goals and brand identity.
  • Testing & Optimisation: Implement a rigorous testing roadmap to constantly challenge creative hypotheses and improve ROAS.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in performance marketing or creative strategy, preferably within the D2C or wellness space.
  • A dual-brain approach: equally comfortable interpreting complex data sets as you are brainstorming 'scroll-stopping' visual concepts.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and the nuances of user behaviour on each.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate scientific concepts into digestible, high-impact consumer messaging.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience working within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A personal interest in health, nutrition, or scientific innovation.
  • Familiarity with motion design or video editing tools.
