As a Recruitment Consultant at Altera Recruiting, you will be a key driver of our growth. You will manage the entire 360-degree recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to fostering lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full 360-degree recruitment cycle, consistently delivering successful placements by sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the entire process.
- Develop and nurture strong, trust-based partnerships with client accounts, including Talent Acquisition teams and Hiring Managers, while proactively identifying new business development opportunities.
- Expand and engage our candidate community, building a robust network of talent and acting as a trusted career advisor.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including our Consulting arm, to maximize placements, create synergies, and unlock cross-selling opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, tools, and operational strategies, staying informed on market trends to provide expert consultation to both clients and candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven success in a 360-degree agency recruitment environment.
- A strong passion for sales with a clear, demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders effectively.
- A competitive and resilient mindset, with a focus on finding solutions and overcoming challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, maintain attention to detail, and work proactively.
- A high degree of ownership, accountability, and integrity in all professional interactions.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Professional proficiency in the Japanese language.
- Extensive knowledge of the IT & Digital sectors.
