International Finance Recruiter (Compliance & Risk)

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, fast-moving Resource Delivery Consultant to support UK financial services mandates across risk, compliance and operations. You’ll focus on rapid, high-quality delivery — producing well-researched shortlists within 48–72 hours and building targeted BD lists that help fuel new client conversations.

This role combines research depth, organised delivery and consistent communication, operating at the intersection of contingency pace and specialist FS search.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Delivery

• Rapidly deliver 48–72 hour shortlists for UK roles
• Take and clarify job briefs, translating them into targeted sourcing plans
• Mine internal databases and headhunt via LinkedIn for niche FS roles
• Screen candidates (longlist → shortlist) and coordinate interviews with consultants

Market & BD Support

• Map target accounts across banking, asset management and PE
• Build lists of Heads of Risk, Compliance and Operations across 10–20 FS firms
• Prepare spec-candidate outreach lists for consultants

Systems & Organisation

• Maintain clean, accurate pipelines within the CRM
• Ensure high-quality reporting and data hygiene
• Organise candidate information for continuous pipeline improvement

Must-Haves

• 3–4+ years’ experience in recruitment/resourcing
• Strong Boolean/search capability and proven ability to produce fast, quality shortlists
• Exposure to the financial services sector (banking, asset management, private equity)
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable working in UK-aligned workflows
• Highly organised, self-sufficient and detail-driven
• Comfortable with contingency-style pace and managing multiple live roles
