Customer Care Representative
We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to represent moving companies and handle all their claims. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English language skills with very little accent, as a significant part of the role involves phone work, processing emails, and responding to inquiries. The candidate should have experience in using Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and email platforms. The ability to think on one's feet, multitask, and assert authority is essential for this role. Experience in claims processing or dispute resolution is a big plus. The candidate will be required to be on Zoom for the entire workday, which runs from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
