Senior Account Manager - Social-First Agency - £45k - London/Hybrid

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager for a social-first agency to deliver high-impact social and digital campaigns and manage key client relationships. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between our clients and internal creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver cutting-edge social-first campaigns. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of social media landscapes, influencer marketing, content production, and paid social dynamics. There is opportunity for the position to become permanent and you'll be working with a major tech client.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for key clients, fostering trust, understanding their business objectives, and identifying organic growth opportunities.
• Campaign Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end execution of integrated social media campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Strategic Oversight: Collaborate with social strategists and creative teams to develop innovative content calendars, platform strategies, and influencer activations.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, translate social analytics into actionable insights, and present comprehensive reporting to clients.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior account executives, coordinating resource allocation and managing workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of account management experience within a creative agency, social media agency, or digital marketing agency.
• Social Media Expertise: Proven track record of running organic and paid campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to senior client stakeholders.
