About the Role

This is not your typical account management position. As a Digital Account & Project Manager, you’ll own both the client relationship and the successful delivery of projects. You’ll act as a trusted partner to our clients while driving campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

You’ll work across Paid, SEO, and Creative, turning campaigns into action and ensuring every moving part is executed smoothly. If you can balance client strategy calls with hands-on project delivery and problem-solving, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the primary point of contact for your clients – building trust, understanding their goals, and ensuring their priorities are met.

  • Translate campaigns into clear, actionable delivery plans – managing scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and events.

  • Own end-to-end delivery – from initial scope and planning through production to post-campaign analysis.

  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies – fixing issues before they escalate.

  • Manage team workloads and resource bookings to ensure deadlines are consistently hit.

  • Present work and progress updates confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Identify and pitch opportunities for account growth and innovation.

  • Support agency-wide capacity and resource planning as demand increases.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record in both account management and hands-on project delivery within a digital agency environment.

  • At least 3+ years agency experience (events, media, or publishing background a strong advantage).

  • Strong understanding of digital channels, especially Paid Media (essential) and SEO.

  • Experience managing end-to-end projects with measurable outcomes – not just coordination, but full accountability for deadlines and budgets.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.

  • Confident communicator, able to simplify complex ideas and manage challenging client conversations with ease.

  • Comfortable meeting clients in-person (primarily London-based) – leading workshops, running presentations, and building relationships face-to-face.

  • Resilient, proactive, and solutions-focused, with the ability to rally teams and keep momentum high.

  • A genuine team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

What We Offer

  • A genuine team vibe – we’re a small, close-knit group that supports each other and celebrates wins together.

  • Quarterly team days out & optional fun days – we make time to step away from the work and enjoy ourselves.

  • Hybrid working – a mix of remote flexibility and in-person time with clients in London. We’ve also got a lively office space if you prefer the buzz of working around others.

  • Room to grow – this role has a clear path for growth.

  • Impact & visibility – you won’t be a cog in the machine; you’ll work closely with leadership and see your ideas come to life.

  • Interesting projects & clients – across events, digital, and creative campaigns, no two days are the same.

  • Health & lifestyle benefits – health insurance, Pension scheme, an Apple Watch reward programme, subsidised gym membership, and even half-price weekends away
