Overview of the client & role: Our clint is a specialist search firm operating globally within the power trading and energy markets. We partner with leading trading houses, utilities, and investment firms to help them identify and attract top talent.

The Role We’re looking for is an ambitious Recruitment Consultant / Talent Researcher to join our growing team. You’ll support the end-to-end search process, with a strong initial focus on candidate sourcing and engagement across global power trading markets.This is a diverse role that blends executive search delivery with podcast and content support, offering exceptional exposure to senior leaders and cutting-edge businesses in the energy trading space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for senior-level (typically £100k+) front-office trading and analytics roles.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening calls, and interview scheduling.
  • Collaborate closely with senior consultants on active mandates and research projects.
  • Support podcast operations — including guest outreach, scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day administration.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and project data in our CRM system.

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in a recruitment or executive search environment, ideally covering front-office roles within energy, commodities, or financial markets.
  • Comfortable engaging senior-level professionals and discussing high-value opportunities.
  • Strong research and sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and digital channels.
  • Organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with international markets (Nordics, DACH, Benelux, London) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
