Location: London
*Salary:* £45K + incredible benefits
*Contract:* Permanent, full time
*Your screens. Millions of eyes.*
CoCo Group is delighted to be partnering exclusively with one of Europe’s most successful event destinations. Its venues host hundreds of events and welcome millions of visitors eah and every year.
They are looking for a Digital Signage Manager to join a collaborative team within the commercial department. You will lead how digital signage is built, managed and developed across the estate. The role directly supports advertising, branding and sponsorship revenue while improving the visitor experience.
This is a rare chance to own the content model and CMS strategy for a high-profile, high-footfall environment. Your work will be seen by visitors every day, and it will help the commercial team win and deliver sponsorship and advertising opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the content model: developing the structure behind new content types and CMS developments, and securing stakeholder buy-in for changes.
- Delivering projects end to end: from drafting briefs and setting timelines to providing clear status updates, while contributing to screen design and templates.
- Championing CMS adoption: building best-practice approaches to content planning, creating training materials, and onboarding and supporting new users so teams become more self-sufficient.
- Being the go-to for CMS issues: resolving content display and functionality problems, monitoring data integrations, and escalating to internal and external partners where needed.
- Spotting new opportunities: advocating for the CMS across more platforms and channels, and sharing ideas that sharpen the wider signage strategy.
- Connecting the dots: acting as the link between IT, Media, Marketing, Venue Services and other teams.
What you’ll bring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong experience with CMS platforms, ideally digital signage CMS. Familiarity with venue or event management systems is a plus.
- Technical project management experience, with the ability to solve problems across a wide range of stakeholders.
- A background delivering creative content for events or similar fast-paced, agile environments.
- The organisation to juggle multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and the confidence to work independently.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
You build strong relationships, take initiative and deliver quality work under pressure. You stay positive and professional, and you stay calm when plans change at short notice, as they do in live events.
What’s on offer
- A competitive salary and benefits package (full details to be shared at application stage)
- A people-first culture where colleagues are supported, recognised and inspired
- Genuine scope to shape strategy and make a visible impact
- Career development within a growing, ambitious business
