Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to join our Global Procurement and Supplier Management team. In this role, you will support a portfolio of internal business units with their third-party supplier sourcing requirements. You will be responsible for leading sourcing projects, negotiating contracts, and providing strategic recommendations in compliance with bank policies. This is a key role that requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including the coordination and execution of RFPs, to meet business requirements.
  • Negotiate complex contract terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers, often with minimal legal support, ensuring favorable outcomes and risk mitigation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal business stakeholders, Centers of Governance, and suppliers to align on sourcing strategies, contract gaps, and project updates.
  • Analyze procurement data and market trends to identify opportunities, recommend optimal sourcing strategies, and present findings to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Manage reporting and administrative activities related to sourcing initiatives, ensuring compliance with all internal policies and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading Request for Proposal (RFP) processes from start to finish.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating and drafting commercial contracts with minimal support from legal counsel.
  • Exceptional soft skills, particularly in storytelling and executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice-to-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement roles.
  • Specific category knowledge in management consulting and/or software procurement.
