You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing high-caliber candidates to managing client relationships and closing placements. Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing, headhunting, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles within specialized sectors.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Managing the full recruitment process, including job briefings, CV submissions, and offer negotiations.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue and activity targets.
- Providing expert market advice to both clients and candidates to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a recruitment, sales, or business development role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A resilient and target-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence.
