MEP Project Manager – Data Centres

WNTD are supporting the delivery of a hyperscale data centre infrastructure programme in Finland and are looking to engage an experienced MEP Project Manager with strong data centre delivery experience.

This role will support the delivery of physical data centre infrastructure works, with a focus on MEP coordination, site delivery, commissioning readiness, closeout and handover.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage MEP delivery across data centre infrastructure works • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, cooling and critical facilities packages • Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site teams • Support construction sequencing, programme tracking and delivery milestones • Manage risks, changes, blockers and site coordination issues • Support commissioning readiness, IST, closeout and handover activities • Ensure delivery is aligned to safety, quality, programme and client requirements

Required experience:

• Previous data centre construction or major infrastructure upgrade experience • Strong MEP project delivery background • Experience with mechanical, cooling, electrical or critical facilities scope • Experience working in live, operational or mission critical environments • Contractor and subcontractor management experience • Strong understanding of commissioning, handover, closeout or operational readiness • Ability to work on site in Finland or Norway

This is not an IT infrastructure, network, cloud, software, telecoms or digital transformation role. Candidates must have clear physical data centre construction, MEP or commissioning delivery experience.
