We are seeking an experienced Zoho Implementation Specialist to join a growing CRM implementation and delivery team.
The specialist will work closely with the Implementation Manager to translate client requirements into practical, scalable solutions using Zoho CRM and the wider Zoho ecosystem. This is a hands-on technical role covering solution configuration, automation, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and ongoing system optimization.
Candidates must have direct experience configuring and customizing Zoho CRM. Experience with Deluge, Zoho Creator, Make.com, APIs, and third-party integrations is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities Configure and customize Zoho CRM based on client requirements. Create CRM Blueprints, Workflows, Assignment Rules, Validation Rules, Kiosks, Canvas layouts, and custom modules. Build process automations using Zoho CRM, Deluge scripting, and Make.com. Integrate Zoho with external systems using APIs, webhooks, and JSON. Support the implementation of Zoho Forms, Sign, Campaigns, Desk, Projects, Books, Inventory, and Analytics. Translate documented business requirements into structured technical solutions. Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing. Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues. Refine solutions based on client and user feedback. Maintain implementation specifications and build documentation. Collaborate with the Implementation Manager to deliver projects on time and within scope. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Zoho CRM. Strong understanding of Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, Activities, and custom modules. Experience creating Workflows, Blueprints, Assignment Rules, Validation Rules, Kiosks, reports, and dashboards. Familiarity with Make.com or similar automation platforms. Understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and system integrations. Ability to translate business requirements into technical CRM solutions. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work UK business hours. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Zoho Creator. Experience writing Deluge scripts and custom functions. Experience integrating Zoho CRM with third-party platforms. Knowledge of Zoho One and the wider Zoho ecosystem. Familiarity with SQL, databases, or low-code development platforms. Previous CRM implementation or consulting experience.
