Role Overview
As an Executive Search Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our executive search consultants by identifying, mapping, and engaging high-caliber candidates for senior leadership roles. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market and industry research to identify potential candidates for executive-level positions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a variety of tools, databases, and networking platforms
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future search assignments
- Screen and assess candidate profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements
- Prepare detailed research reports, candidate summaries, and market mapping documents
- Collaborate closely with consultants and partners to understand client needs and search mandates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our internal database and CRM systems
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent movements, and competitive intelligence
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, research, or a similar professional services environment
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with online research tools, LinkedIn, and CRM/database systems
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Remuneration
- Basic salary of £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
- Bonus scheme - £15,000 - £25,000 first year
