Role Overview
Bespoke Smile is a premier, award-winning cosmetic dentistry practice seeking a Sales Associate to join our high-performing and friendly team. This role is not a traditional dental position; it is a consultative, luxury sales role akin to high-end travel or private wealth management. You will be the first point of contact for patients looking to transform their smiles, guiding them through their journey with a focus on 5-star service rather than aggressive selling. We provide full training, so no previous dental experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Outreach: Proactively call prospective patients who have enquired about our services to discuss their needs and book them for clinical assessments.
- Virtual Consultations: Conduct video consultations with prospective patients to explain our unique approach, treatment options, and the Bespoke Smile philosophy.
- Communication Management: Respond promptly and professionally to patient enquiries via email and WhatsApp, ensuring a seamless experience.
- CRM & Administration: Maintain accurate records within HubSpot and support the wider team with ad-hoc tasks such as scheduling and appointment management.
- Service Excellence: Act as a brand ambassador, providing kind, honest advice to ensure patients find the right treatment path for their needs.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a luxury sales or high-end hospitality environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is highly desirable).
- A friendly, professional demeanour with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience conducting virtual or video-based sales consultations.
- Previous experience in a premium service industry such as luxury travel or finance.
- Knowledge or interest in cosmetic dentistry
