About the role

Our Data Science team solves complex problems with smart, practical solutions. Analysts work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut.

We’re looking for a talented Data Analyst to dig into our complex databases, look for root causes of a problem, design your own solutions, and write your own code to implement them. We aim for you to never stop learning, picking up new skills and delivering value along the way.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting reconciliation processes for financial features in Mexico (e.g., direct debits, payroll portability, TEF payments, and related services)
  • Investigating and resolving data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Designing and maintaining datasets to support financial control and reconciliation needs
  • Automating and optimising reconciliation workflows for improved efficiency and reliability
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Data Engineering, and Operations, to ensure consistent financial reporting and process integrity

What you'll need

  • 4+ years of professional experience in an analytical role, creating impactful data-driven solutions
  • Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries, perform data validation, and troubleshoot discrepancies
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Impressive analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence collaborating with technical and non-technical teams

Nice to have

  • An advanced degree in a core STEM subject
  • School/university Olympic medal competitions in physics, maths, economics, or programming
  • Experience in finance, accounting, or reconciliation processes
