We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate new business opportunities and schedule discovery calls for our sales team.
Position Overview Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified discovery calls for our sales team. You will engage with prospective clients through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and follow-up outreach.
This is not a closing role. Your goal is to identify interested prospects, qualify them, and book meetings.
Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients Respond to positive email replies and LinkedIn messages Follow up with prospects across multiple touchpoints Qualify leads based on company needs and hiring goals Schedule discovery calls for the sales team Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM Update lead statuses and follow-up tasks Re-engage older leads and nurture opportunities Ensure all prospects receive timely follow-up Requirements Excellent spoken and written English Previous experience in appointment setting, SDR, lead generation, or sales support Comfortable making outbound calls daily Strong organizational and follow-up skills Experience using a CRM (Zoho experience preferred) Ability to work independently and hit activity goals Reliable internet and quiet work environment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Discovery calls booked Qualified opportunities generated Outbound calls completed Follow-up completion rate Response time to inbound inquiries and positive replies CRM accuracy and task completion Compensation Base salary Performance-based bonuses tied to qualified discovery calls and opportunities generated Success in This Role A successful SDR consistently fills the sales team's calendar with qualified discovery calls, maintains excellent CRM records, and follows up relentlessly until prospects either engage or clearly opt out.
