About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support one of the most ambitious AI infrastructure programmes in the market. Embedded full-time with our client, you will be instrumental in building the high-calibre teams required for their large-scale Data Centre operations, engineering, and corporate functions across EMEA. This is a pivotal role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, where you will partner with senior leaders to attract and hire the exceptional talent needed to set new industry standards in power, compute, and operational scale.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles, from high-volume data centre operations to specialised engineering and corporate positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
  • Proactively build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through advanced sourcing techniques, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Provide regular, data-driven updates on hiring progress and key metrics to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with workforce plans and business objectives.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to UK and EMEA employment regulations and best practices, maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in both high-volume and technical/corporate recruitment.
  • Demonstrable experience hiring across multiple EMEA regions, ideally within the technology, cloud, AI infrastructure, or data centre sectors.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, and other modern sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, with experience partnering effectively with senior leaders.
  • A proactive, organised, and self-driven professional who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience recruiting for data centre operations, engineering, or facilities roles.
  • Background working in-house for a scaling technology or high-growth infrastructure organisation.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Teamtailor.
