The Company

This independent creative agency exists to help brands move faster, think bigger, and grow stronger through creativity. Working across a diverse portfolio of clients—from ambitious start-ups to global household names—the agency delivers integrated thinking spanning advertising, PR, CRM, and social.

At the heart of its approach is a unifying creative philosophy: developing powerful, flexible ideas that connect across every channel and customer touchpoint. These ideas are designed to be culturally relevant, creatively impactful, and effective across modern media landscapes.

The agency prides itself on a collaborative, energetic culture that values curiosity, initiative, and creativity. With a team of around 40 people, it combines strategic thinking with hands-on making. Learning and development, inclusivity, and progression are actively supported, alongside a sociable and connected working environment.

The business operates a hybrid model, with teams typically in the office three days a week, and a strong emphasis on in-person collaboration for creative development and content production.

The Role: Social Creative / Content Creator

The agency is building a strong pipeline of Social Creatives—hybrid thinkers and makers who are equally comfortable generating ideas and bringing them to life.

This role sits within the Creative team, reporting into the Executive Creative Directors, and working closely with the Head of Social, designers, strategists, and account teams. It is a hands-on position focused on delivering high-quality, culturally relevant social content across a wide range of brands and sectors.

The Social Creative will play a key role in shaping and producing social-first ideas—balancing speed, quality, and originality. This includes everything from reactive, fast-turnaround content to more polished campaign work.

The role covers both organic and paid social, with a strong focus on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. Content outputs are varied and can include social campaigns, event content, vox pops, product shoots, influencer-led executions, and culturally driven reactive pieces.

This is an opportunity for a freelance or a permanent role.

They are comfortable working with talent and contributors, even if they are not front-of-camera themselves, and are excited by the opportunity to push creative standards while maintaining agility and speed.
