We are a U.S.-based staffing agency looking for an experienced Recruiter who will focus on hiring Filipino candidates for various remote and onsite positions. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in end-to-end recruitment and hands-on experience using Zoho Recruit.
You’ll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top Filipino talent to meet the needs of our clients across multiple industries.
✅ Source and attract qualified Filipino candidates through Zoho Recruit, job boards, and social media. ✅ Manage job postings and pipelines inside Zoho Recruit. ✅ Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. ✅ Maintain a strong network of active and passive candidates. ✅ Ensure timely communication and excellent candidate experience. ✅ Prepare recruitment reports and keep the database organized and updated.
🔹 Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience (preferably hiring Filipino candidates). 🔹 Proficient in Zoho Recruit (required). 🔹 Excellent English communication and interviewing skills. 🔹 Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies or clients is a strong advantage. 🔹 Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple requisitions. 🔹 Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, OnlineJobs.ph, and other sourcing platforms.
