Role Overview
We are seeking an analytical and entrepreneurial Investment Associate to join our growing investment team. In this role, you will work closely with our network of angel investors, venture partners, and early-stage founders. You will be responsible for sourcing high-potential startups, conducting deep market and financial due diligence, and managing relationships across our angel investor ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Sourcing & Screening: Actively identify and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities through market research, networking, and pitch deck reviews.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough financial modeling, market sizing, competitive analysis, and reference checks on prospective portfolio companies.
- Investor Relations: Support communication and syndication efforts with our network of angel investors, preparing investment memos and pitch materials.
- Portfolio Support: Assist existing portfolio companies with operational, financial, and strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial modeling skills and a deep understanding of early-stage valuation methodologies and cap tables.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex market data into clear investment theses.

- Existing relationships within the European startup and angel investor ecosystem.
- Technical background or deep knowledge of emerging technology sectors (e.g., AI/ML, SaaS, FinTech).
